This is an opportunity to meet Eden Robinson, the new Haig-Brown Writer in Residence.  Come hear about her journey to becoming a writer, and enjoy some excerpts from her work.

This is the first of a series of events during Robinson's residency.  Keep checking the Museum's website and the Haig-Brown Facebook Page for updates on upcoming programming.

Robinson, who comes from Kitimaat, BC, is one of the most prominent Indigenous writers currently working in Canada. She has won multiple awards for her writing, including the Writer’s Trust Fellowship and the Ethel Wilson Fiction Prize.  Most recently she has been working on her Trickster trilogy, with the first installment of the series having been shortlisted for the 2017 Giller Prize.

The talk is from 1-2:30pm and the cost is $7.
