Join us at the Haig-Brown Heritage House Sunday, December 9, 2pm - 4pm for an open house wine reception and the opportunity to meet this year’s writer in residence, Charlotte Gill. Gill has had numerous articles and short stories appear in such publications as the Walrus and the Globe and Mail, and her two books, Ladykiller, a collection of short stories published in 2005 and Eating Dirt, that came out in 2011, have been award winners.  Gill studied at both the University of Toronto and UBC, and has been Adjunct professor for UBC’s Creative Writing Masters of Fine Arts program. Gill will be on hand to assist writers with their manuscripts and will be involved in Museum programming in the new year.
