Tuesday December 1 is Giving Tuesday – a global movement for giving and volunteering. Regardless of what is going on outside of the walls of the Museum, the community treasures we hold in trust require care and attention. These artifacts are entrusted to us to keep in perpetuity as records of our history. But this care comes at a cost. This year for Giving Tuesday we are encouraging you to Adopt an Artifact. Adopt an Artifact is a symbolic way to connect Museum supporters with artifacts from our Collection.
Choose your favourite artifact, or let us surprise you. In exchange for your donation you will receive a card with a photo and information about the artifact that you have adopted for a year. This makes a wonderful gift, and on request we can provide an e-mail version of the adoption card for an easy gift to send to someone out of town.
Your tax deductible donation supports Museum collections, exhibits and programs.
Please print this form out and e-mail, drop it off, or mail it to the Museum at Campbell River attn: Tona.
