Join Carrie, maker behind Lunar Bliss, for a beginner-friendly flower crochet workshop. Based in Campbell River on Vancouver Island, Carrie creates thoughtful crochet pieces inspired by warmth, joy, and everyday moments — each one made to be loved, gifted, and cherished.

In this class, you’ll learn how to crochet a beautiful rose using simple techniques designed specifically for beginners. The pattern has been carefully chosen with fewer components and a straightforward construction process, making it approachable while still resulting in a lovely finished piece.

All materials and tools are included in the workshop fee.

Participants will receive:

  • One ball of red yarn (main flower colour)
  • One ball of green yarn
  • Small additional accessories
  • A crochet hook (yours to keep!)
  • The pattern used in class

Cost: $52 +tax (includes all materials)
Date: Saturday, April 11 from 12:00 to 3:00
Location: Museum at Campbell River. The workshop is limited to 5 people and will take place in the foyer of the Museum.

Suitable for: Adults and youth ages 16+ with basic crochet skills.
