Annual General Meeting

The Museum at Campbell River will be hosting its AGM on April 24 at 4:00pm

The Museum at Campbell River will be holding its Annual General Meeting in person on April 24, 2024 at 4:00pm in the lobby of the Museum. All members are welcome and encouraged to attend. Please note, only current members have voting privileges at the AGM. The Agenda will be posted on our website and full agenda packages will be available at the AGM.

Following the AGM, we invite everyone to stay and join us in commemorating 30 years in the current Museum Building. On February 19, 1994 after almost 15 years of fundraising, the Museum building was opened. We are inviting supporters, visionaries, and past contributors to join us in raising a glass to mark this momentous occasion.

Museum at Campbell River respectfully acknowledges the Liǧʷiɫdax̌ʷ First Nation, on whose traditional lands we work to preserve, interpret and share the collective human history of North Vancouver Island. The Liǧʷiɫdax̌ʷ First Nation is comprised of the We Wai Kai, Wei Wai Kum and Kwiakah First Nations. Our closest neighbors are the Coast Salish Xwemalhkwu, Klahoose and K’ómoks First Nations.

These nations have close connections to the land where Campbell River is located today.
